This topic provides instructions for uninstalling Anzo on UNIX and Windows operating systems.

Uninstalling Anzo on UNIX

Follow these instructions to uninstall Anzo on UNIX operating systems.

  1. On the Anzo server, run the following command to stop the Anzo services:
    ./installation_path/Anzo/Server/AnzoServer stop
  2. Run the following command to begin the uninstall process:
    ./installation_path/Anzo/uninstall
  3. Press Enter to confirm that you want to uninstall Anzo. The wizard asks if you want to clear the Anzo installation directory and user and configuration files.
  4. Press Enter if you want the wizard to remove the entire Anzo installation directory as well as all configuration and user files. Type n and then press Enter if you do not want the wizard to remove the installation directory.

Uninstalling Anzo on Windows

Follow these instructions to uninstall Anzo on Windows operating systems.

  1. In the Windows Start menu, go to the Anzo Server shortcut. In the list of Anzo Server programs, select Stop Anzo Server, and then wait for the Anzo services to stop.
  2. In the Anzo Server Start menu shortcut, select Uninstall the Anzo Server.

    The uninstall wizard opens and asks you to confirm that you want to completely remove Anzo and all of its components.

  3. Click Next. The wizard displays the Clear Installation Directory screen.
  4. Click Next if you want the wizard to remove the entire Anzo installation directory as well as all configuration and user files. If you do not want to remove the installation directory, clear the Clear entire installation directory checkbox and then click Next.

    The wizard uninstalls Anzo.

  5. Click Finish to close the uninstall wizard.
